At Gloree Care, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience through our trusted courier partners. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.
General Shipping Information
We currently ship across India using reliable third-party courier services. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday)
Delivery Time
Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes:
• 3 to 7 business days for most locations
• Up to 10–15 business days for remote or rural areas
Shipping Charges
• Orders below ₹500: Shipping charge ₹60
• Orders above ₹500: FREE shipping
Note: Additional charges may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Limitations
• We currently ship only within India
• We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses
• Multiple address shipping is not available in a single order
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share order details and clear photos of the product
• Email us at help.gloreecare@gmail.com
After verification, we will arrange a replacement.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return request within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
Refund Process:
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We only allow exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Lost or Delayed Orders
Gloree Care is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier or reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
