Please note that cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned once sold.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any products after delivery.

Refunds

Sale Items

Exchanges (Only for Damaged or Defective Items)

To request an exchange:

• Share clear photos and an unboxing video of the product

An unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be continuous and unedited.

Exchange Process
